Phospho-RICTOR (Thr1135) Antibody (29117-1-AP) in WB
Non-treated PC-3 and PDGF (HZ-1215) treated PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 29117-1-AP (Phospho-RICTOR (Thr1135) antibody) at dilution of 1:1,000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Vinculin antibody as loading control.
