Protogenin Antibody (PA5-47671) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of Protogenin in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of Mouse Embryo. Samples were incubated with Protogenin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47671) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Sheep IgG HRP Secondary Antibody. Tissue was stained with DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

Target Information
Protogenin, encoded by the PRTG gene, is a cell surface protein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a critical role in neural development.
