RDH10 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of ( -20°C Ethanol ) fixed RAW 264.7 cells using 14644-1-AP (RDH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L).

RDH10 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse kidney tissue slide using (Product # 14644-1-AP) (RDH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

RDH10 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14644-1-AP (RDH10 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

RDH10 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-RDH10 (IP:14644-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:14644-1-AP 1:700) with mouse liver tissue lysate 4000ug.

Target Information

RDH10 generates all-trans retinal from all-trans retinol and may plan an important role in the photic visual cycle. All-trans retinal is isomerized to 11-cis retinal by the retinal G protein-coupled receptor (RGR; MIM 600342) when the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) is illuminated.
