Western blot analysis of RTRAF in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with RTRAF Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-92009) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Target Information
RTRAF (C14orf166) is an RNA-binding protein involved in modulation of mRNA transcription by Polymerase II (PubMed:16950395). Component of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex and is required for tRNA ligation (PubMed:24870230). May be required for RNA transport (PubMed:24608264).
