SEMA3B Antibody (PA5-114387) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SEMA3B in A431 cells. Antigen retrieval was performed with enzyme antigen retrieval (15 min). Samples were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated in SEMA3B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114387) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL (overnight, 4°C), followed by DyLight 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (30 min, 37°C) and DAPI at a dilution of 1:100.

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human placenta tissue, human U2OS whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human U-87MG whole cell, rat thymus tissues, rat kidney tissue, mouse thymus tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse small intestine tissue, mouse kidney tissue, mouse HEPA1-6 whole cel. IHC: human mammary cancer tissue, human colon cancer tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: A549 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
The semaphorin/collapsin family of molecules plays a critical role in the guidance of growth cones during neuronal development. The secreted protein encoded by this gene family member is important in axonal guidance and has been shown to act as a tumor suppressor by inducing apoptosis.
