          SQSTM1 Antibody (MA572233) in ICC/IF

          Immunocytochemistry analysis of SQSTM1 in HeLa cells. Permeabilized with Trinton X-100 at room temperature for 20 min. Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20 min. Samples were incubated with SQSTM1 Recombinant Monoclonal (Product # MA572233 using a dilution at 1:100, for 90 minutes at 37°C. Followed by a conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG antibody at 37°C for 90 minutes, DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info.           Target Information

          This gene encodes a multifunctional protein that binds ubiquitin and regulates activation of the nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway. The protein functions as a scaffolding/adaptor protein in concert with TNF receptor-associated factor 6 to mediate activation of NF-kB in response to upstream signals. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding either the same or different isoforms have been identified for this gene. Mutations in this gene result in sporadic and familial Paget disease of bone.
