SRSF1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — SRSF1 Polyclonal Antibody detects SFRS1 protein at nucleus on human colon carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis. Sample: Paraffin-embedded colon carcinoma. SRSF1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30220) dilution: 1:500. Antigen Retrieval: EDTA based buffer, pH 8.0, 15 min.

SRSF1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Knockdown of SRSF1 was achieved by transfecting HeLa cells with SRSF1 specific siRNAs (Silencer® select Product # s12727, s12726). Western blot analysis (Fig. a) was performed using nuclear extracts from the SRSF1 knockdown cells (lane 3), non-specific scrambled siRNA transfected cells (lane 2) and untransfected cells (lane 1). The blots were probed with SRSF1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30220, 1:1000 dilution) and Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). Densitometric analysis of this western blot is shown in histogram (Fig. b). Decrease in signal upon siRNA mediated knock down confirms that antibody is specific to SRSF1.

SRSF1 Antibody — Antibody specificity was demonstrated by siRNA mediated knockdown of target protein. HeLa cells were transfected with SRSF1 siRNA and reduction of signal was observed in Western Blot using SRSF1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30220). {KD}
