STAP1 Antibody (PA5-11545) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of STAP1 in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human prostate carcinoma tissue. Samples were incubated with STAP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-11545) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene functions as a docking protein acting downstream of Tec tyrosine kinase in B cell antigen receptor signaling. The protein is directly phosphorylated by Tec in vitro where it participates in a postive feedback loop, increasing Tec activity.
