Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey (100%); Chimpanzee, Orangutan (94%); Gibbon, Panda (89%); Galago, Opossum (83%).
For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
May be a cytokine receptor for C10ORF99. May be a tumor suppressor; together with C10ORF99 has a growth inhibitory effect on colon cancer cells which includes G1 cell cycle arrest (PubMed:25351403). May play a role in breast tumorigenesis (PubMed:23131994).
