TAF7L Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded TAF7L in mouse testis tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with TAF7L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100758) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

TAF7L Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of TAF7L in hybridoma cell lysate (left lane: treated with the antigen-specific peptide). Samples were incubated with TAF7L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100758).
