TBPL2 Antibody (PA5-101982) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of TBPL2 in mouse spleen tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with TBPL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101982) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
TBPL2 is a transcription factor required in complex with TAF3 for the differentiation of myoblasts into myocytes. The complex replaces TFIID at specific promoters at an early stage in the differentiation process.
