TIMELESS Antibody (PA5-92175) in WB
Western blot analysis of TIMELESS in extracts of BxPC-3 cells. Samples were incubated with TIMELESS Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-92175) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Target Information
The general transcription factor IIE (TFIIE) is part of the RNA polymerase II transcription initiation complex, recruiting TFIIH and being essential for promoter clearance by RNA polymerase II. TFIIE is a heterodimer (and sometimes heterotetramer) of alpha and beta subunits. The protein encoded by this gene represents the beta subunit of TFIIE.
