UHRF1 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using UHRF1 antibody (Product # 21402-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

UHRF1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21402-1-AP (UHRF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

UHRF1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-UHRF1 (IP:21402-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:21402-1-AP 1:1000) with HeLa cells lysate 3200ug.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of RING-finger type E3 ubiquitin ligases. The protein binds to specific DNA sequences, and recruits a histone deacetylase to regulate gene expression. Its expression peaks at late G1 phase and continues during G2 and M phases of the cell cycle. It plays a major role in the G1/S transition by regulating topoisomerase IIalpha and retinoblastoma gene expression, and functions in the p53-dependent DNA damage checkpoint. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
