Detection of human VMA21 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Hep-G2, U2OS, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VMA21 antibody (A305-701A lot 2) used for WB at 0.1 mg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
