What is the optimal pH for the Pierce Concentrated Buffer Stocks (10X and 20X) (Cat. No. 28362)?

The quality specifications for the ready to use 1x solution is 8.5 ± 0.2. (see example COA: https://assets.thermofisher.com/TFS-Assets/LSG/certificate/Certificates-of-Analysis/28362_WH332690.PDF). The pH should be between 8.3 and 8.7.
