Western blot analysis of A2B5 was performed using membrane enriched cell extracts and tissue lysates of SH-SY5Y (Lane 1), U-87 MG (Lane 2), RAW 264.7 (Lane 3), SK-N-AS (Lane 4), KARPAS 299 (Lane 5), NTERA-2 cl.D1 (Lane 6), Neuro-2a (Lane 7), Mouse brain (lane 8) and Rat Brain (Lane 9).
