Western blot analysis was performed on Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), T-47D (Lane 2), SH-SY5Y (Lane 3), HT-29 (Lane 4) and SW480 (Lane 5). The blots were probed with Anti-Frizzled 6 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 720414, 2 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.2 µg/mL, 1:5000 dilution).
