Glucocorticoid receptor ligand binding domain (GR-LBD) is a 57.85 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 521-777) expressed as a glutathione-S-transferast (GST) fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. GR-LBD is expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands, making it ideal for ligand binding and coregulator displacement studies.
