TTC4 Antibody (A305-600A-M) in IP
Detection of human TTC4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTC4 antibody A305-600A-M (lot A305-600A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. TTC4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TTC4 antibody A305-599A-M. For blotting immunoprecipitated TTC4, A305-600A-M was used at 1:4000.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
