NEK6 kinase is a member of the NEK family. NEK6 is a serine/threonine kinase that controls the initiation of mitosis and is required for the metaphase-anaphase transition. This purified recombinant full-length protein can be used in a number of different applications, but it has been specifically validated for use with our Z'-LYTE™ assay technology to identify novel kinase inhibitors. NEK6 is also available in our SelectScreen™ Kinase Profiling Service.
• Validated for use with the Z'-LYTE assay technology • Available in multiple pack sizes for convenient use • Also available in our SelectSceen Kinase Profiling Service
