Zeba Dye and Biotin Removal Spin Columns/Filter Plates enable fast and efficient removal of non-conjugated fluorescent dyes, biotin, reducing agents, and crosslinkers from protein samples. We have tested removal of the following:
- Alexa Fluor dyes: 488, 555, 647
- Dylight dyes: 488, 550, 650, 650-4x PEG
- Rhodamine dye
- Biotin
- Reducing agents: DTT, TCEP
- Crosslinker: BS3
