The Countess 3/3FL Automated Cell Counter (Cat. Nos. AMQAF2000, AMQAX2000) FCS files can be uploaded to most flow cytometry software that can accept FCS files, such as FlowJo or the Attune NxT software. Using the flow cytometry software, you may see the distribution of all cells and adjust/fine-tune parameter settings for only the cells of interest or analyze outliers.
