VetMAX™ PRRSV 3.0 Controls

VetMAX PRRSV 3.0 Controls are for use in multiplex, real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) assays targeting North American and European porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and Xeno RNA. The controls come pre-mixed in one tube as a ready-to-use solution.

The included Xeno RNA Control is an internal positive control added to the lysis solution during RNA isolation to distinguish PCR inhibition, reaction failure, or human error from true negatives.
