What probe kits do you offer for nonisotopic probe labeling and radiolabeled probe labeling?

We offer two nonisotopic probe labeling kits:

- The BrightStar Psoralen-Biotin Nonisotopic Labeling Kit (Cat. No. AM1480)
- MAXIscript Kits for in vitro transcription (Cat. Nos. AM1308 through AM1326)

We offer three radiolabeled probe labeling kits:

What kits should I use to isolate RNA from my sample?

The best isolation kit to use will depend greatly on your application, but, in general, the kits below produce RNA input compatible with the Ion Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 workflow:

Whole Transcriptome (polyA-selected or rRNA-depleted RNA is highly recommended, but total RNA is acceptable)
