Description

Celleste 5.0 Image Analysis Software is a suite of image analysis and visualization tools designed for a range of biological applications that lets you transform your images into quantitative data in a streamlined and customizable workflow. Coupled with the powerful image acquisition capabilities of our EVOS microscopes, Celleste 5 software allows you to seamlessly capture, process, measure, analyze, and share images and data. Optional modules for 2D and 3D deconvolution, visualization, and analysis allow you to customize the capabilities according to your needs. This Celleste 5 3D Analysis Module helps visualize complex 3D objects using guided segmentation designed to facilitate identification and measurements.

Celleste 5.0 software with the 3D Analysis Module offers you these important advantages:
• Streamlined workflow tools that make it easy to visualize and edit images
• Powerful image analysis capabilities for segmentation, classification, and quantification of single images or a batch of images
• Automatic segmentation of objects using any 2D frame in the Z-stack
• Seamless propagation t in Z with automated or semi-automated tools
• Automatic generation of iso-surfaces and pseudo-surfaces
• 3D counting, including co-localization
• Measurement of point-to-point distances, surfaces, and volumes

More about the deconvolution modules
Deconvolution is an algorithm-based process used to restore systematic loss of image contrast (blur) that results from the image point spread function (PSF). The powerful 2D and 3D restoration algorithms available in the Celleste 5 modules allow you to deconvolve your images to enhance contrast and quality, or to visualize them in Z, over time and by channel, then analyze the resulting image using an expanded tool set.
