This package contains:

• Celleste 3D Analysis Module (Cat. No. AMEP4867)—helps visualize complex 3D objects using guided segmentation designed to facilitate identification and measurements. The module enables users to threshold and generate iso-surfaces as well as measure distances, volumes, and areas, and perform other measurements.
• Celleste 3D Deconvolution GPU Acceleration Module (Cat. No. AMEP4876) —helps perform 3D deconvolution and analysis in a fraction of the time by utilizing the graphics processing unit (GPU) of your EVOS PC or workstation. It also helps enable the processing of thousands of voxels at once for faster processing speed, increased performance, and better response times.
• Celleste 3D Deconvolution Module (Cat. No. AMEP4865)—This Celleste 3D Deconvolution Module, single-user license, helps dramatically improve resolution and clarity of thick samples like spheroids, tissue slices, or cells in 3D matrices by deconvolving image Z-stacks. It also helps enhance image quality for presentation, publication, or 3D volume analysis. This module is used in conjunction with Celleste 6.0 Image Analysis Software.
