The concentration of Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. A400457 and A400458) is the same as CTS Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. CTS279S3). However, the concentration of Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. A14700 and A34801) is different from that of CTS Vitronectin (VTN-N). Why are the all the concentrations not the same?

The proteins are all the same. However, a different method is used to measure the protein concentration of Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. A14700 and A34801) than the method used to measure protein concentration of Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. A400457 and A400458) and CTS Vitronectin (Cat. No. CTS279S3). The same method is used to measure the protein concentrations of Vitronectin (VTN-N) (Cat. No. A400457 and A400458) and CTS Vitronectin (CTS 279S3).

Why are the recommended working concentrations different for CTS Vitronectin (VTN-N) Recombinant Human Protein, Truncated vs. Vitronectin (VTN-N) Recombinant Human Protein, Truncated? Are they not the same protein?

These two proteins are the same but have different protein concentrations due to the different methods used to measure the protein concentrations.
