Target Information
STK22B (TSSK2) is a serine/threonine kinase essential for the function and production of sperm (spermiogenesis). Deletions in the STK22B coding region correlate with numerous cardiovascular and glandular malformations. TSSK2 gene ontology annotations related to this gene include intracellular signal transduction; peptidyl-serine phosphorylation; protein autophosphorylation; protein phosphorylation; spermatid development.
