Myb Antibody (MA1-90154) in WB
Western blot was performed using Anti-Myb Monoclonal Antibody (IOA3) (Product # MA1-90154) and bands between 70-80 kDa corresponding to MYB was observed across the cell lines tested. The expression was decreased upon Trichostatin A treatment in Jurkat. Also, the expression was low in IM9 when compared to Jurkat.
