RNaseH2B Antibody (MA5-23523) in WB
Western Blot analysis of RNaseH2B was performed by separating 30 µg of various whole cell extracts by 12% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a RNaseH2B Monoclonal Antibody (3I4) (Product # MA5-23523) at a dilution of 1:1,000.

Target Information
RNASEH2B is composed of a single catalytic subunit (A) and two non-catalytic subunits (B and C) and specifically degrades the RNA of RNA:DNA hybrids. RNASEH2B is the non-catalytic B subunit of RNase H2, which is thought to play a role in DNA replication.
