DLL1 Antibody (MA5-23948) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of DLL1 in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in DLL1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23948) using a dilution of 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Target Information
Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
