HEMGN Antibody (MA5-26492) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human liver tissue. To expose target proteins, 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a HEMGN monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26492).

Target Information
HEMGN regulates the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. Overexpression of HEMGN block the TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation in the K562 cell model. HEMGN may also prevent cell apoptosis through the activation of the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-kB).
