Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescent analysis of FAM120A in 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells using FAM120A Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-37680) at a 1:25 dilution, followed by Dylight® 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody at 1:200 dilution (green).
