Confocal imaging (Immunocytochemistry) of gamma Tubulin in U-2OS cells. Samples were incubated with gamma Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-38194) using a dilution of 1:100 (Green). The cells were counterstained with Alpha-tubulin (ubiquitous) chain Rabbit mAb (dilution 1:100) (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue). Objective: 60x.
