Flow cytometry analysis of CD105 (Endoglin) (Carotuximab Biosimilar). Hela cells were stained with CD105 (Endoglin) (Carotuximab Biosimilar) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-42102) (Yellow Histogram) and isotype control antibody (Blue Histogram). After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

MA5-42102 is a chimeric antibody. The variable regions from one species have been grafted to the backbone of the other species.
Target Information
CD105 or Endoglin is a Type I transmembrane protein, which is highly expressed on human vascular endothelial cells. It exists on an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer. Up regulation of endoglin expression has been demonstrated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, suggesting that it is a proliferation associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds to TGF beta 1 and 3 with high affinity but not to TGF beta 2.
