Helicobacter Pylori OMP Antibody (MA5-44573) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of Helicobacter Pylori proteins using Helicobacter Pylori OMP. The plate was coated with 1 µg/mL of CagA, OMP, Urease, or HP-NAP of H. Pylori. Helicobacter Pylori OMP Recombinant Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44573) was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.

Target Information
Outer membrane proteins (OMPs) ofH. pyloriplay a crucial role in the host pathogen interaction, virulence and pathogenesis. When OMPs interact with the host immune cells, OMPs stimulate the production of pro-inflammatory molecules that may result in an uncontrolled inflammation leading to the transformation of a normal cell to a cancerous cell. The Helicobacter outer membrane family of OMPs inH. pyloriconsists of four members (HomA, B, C and D).
