RHOT1 Antibody (MA5-51305) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RHOT1 in paraffin-embedded rat kidney. Samples were incubated with RHOT1 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51305) using a dilution of 1:300 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
