PLCB2 Antibody (MA5-51487) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PLCB2 in paraffin-embedded human spleen. Samples were incubated with PLCB2 Recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51487) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
