This BiTE-bispecific antibody is supplied in an scFv-scFv-His format and is not a conventional full-length IgG. The expected molecular weight is approximately 50-55 kDa. 'Bispecific' indicates that this antibody is engineered with two binding arms to recognize two different targets, TREM1 and CD46.
