RNF90 Antibody (MA5-55738) in WB
Western blot analysis of RNF90 in 15 µg of U-251MG. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. RNF90 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary RNF90 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55738) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1, a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to both the nucleus and the cytoplasm, and may represent a participant in the initiation of glycogen synthesis. Multiple transcript variants have been found for this gene, and some of them encode the same isoform.
