MARK3 Antibody (MA5-57063) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical staining of MARK3 in HT-1080 cells using MARK3 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57063) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Microtubule affinity regulating kinase 3 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

Target Information
MARK3 is a member of a group of kinases known to regulate cell polarity via phosphorylation of microtubule-associated proteins (MAPs). The protein encoded by MARK3 is activated by phosphorylation and in turn is involved in the phosphorylation of tau proteins MAP2 and MAP4. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for MARK3.
