Monkeypox Virus A35R Antibody (MA5-58139) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Monkeypox Virus A35R using 293T cells. The cells were incubated using 1:200 dilution with Monkeypox Virus A35R Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58140) (100x lens). Followed by further incubation with Cy3-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) using a 1:500 dilution (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).

Target Information
The monkeypox virus (MPXV) is the causative agent of the monkeypox disease. As a double-stranded DNA virus member of the genus Orthopoxvirus and the family Poxviridae, MPXV is similar to other pathogens of this group including variola (the causative agent of smallpox), vaccinia, and the cowpox virus. A35R is a Bifunctional EEV Membrane Phosphoglycoprotein (MPXV A35R).
