POLR2L Antibody (MA5-58149) in WB
Western blot analysis of POLR2L in HeLa, 292T, and mouse kidney (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with POLR2L Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58150) using a dilution of 1:2, 000. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Exposure: 15 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes. The product of this gene contains four conserved cysteines characteristic of an atypical zinc-binding domain. Like its counterpart in yeast, this subunit may be shared by the other two DNA-directed RNA polymerases.
