          RXRB Antibody (MA571373) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescence analysis of RXRB using NIH/3T3. The cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with 1% BSA in 10% negative goat serum for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells were co-labeled with RXRB Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (PSH13-53) (Product # MA571373) (green) and beta tubulin (red) at 1:100 dilution in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 degrees Celsius and then with iFluor™ 488 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG... Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the retinoid X receptor (RXR) family of nuclear receptors which are involved in mediating the effects of retinoic acid (RA). This receptor forms homodimers with the retinoic acid, thyroid hormone, and vitamin D receptors, increasing both DNA binding and transcriptional function on their respective response elements. The gene lies within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II region on chromosome 6.
