OCIAD1 Antibody (PA5-100655) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of OCIAD1 in human normal tissues adjacent to liver cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with OCIAD1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100655) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
Maintains stem cell potency. Increases STAT3 phosphorylation and controls ERK phosphorylation. May act as a scaffold, increasing STAT3 recruitment onto endosomes. Involved in integrin-mediated cancer cell adhesion and colony formation in ovarian cancer (PubMed:20515946). [UniProt]
