USP1 Antibody (PA5-100696) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded USP1 in human brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with USP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100696) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) are capable of producing a free ubiquitin moiety from ubiquitin-fused precursors and ubiquitinylated proteins in cells. DUBs possess conserved catalytic regions known as the 'cys domain' and the 'his domain.' There are 2 distinct families of DUBs: ubiquitin-specific processing proteases (UBPs, or USPs) and ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCHs).
