CDKL1 Antibody (PA5-101142) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CDKL1 in mouse heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with CDKL1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101142) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene product is a member of a large family of CDC2-related serine/threonine protein kinases. It accumulates primarily in the nucleus. Alternative splice variants encoding different protein isoforms have been described, but their full-length nature has not been determined.
