RPL26L1 Antibody (PA5-101386) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RPL26L1 in mouse testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RPL26L1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101386) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that shares high sequence similarity with ribosomal protein L26. It is not currently known whether the encoded protein is a functional ribosomal protein or whether it has evolved a function that is independent of the ribosome. Transcript variants utilizing alternative polyA signals exist. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
