Draxin Antibody (PA5-112162) in WB
Western Blot analysis of Draxin using Draxin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112162) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Rat brain Tissue Lysate, Lane B: Mouse brain Tissue Lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Dylight800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 38 kDa. Observed band size: 50 kDa.

Target Information
Chemorepulsive axon guidance protein required for the development of spinal cord and forebrain commissures. Acts as a chemorepulsive guidance protein for commissural axons during development. Able to inhibit or repel neurite outgrowth from dorsal spinal cord. Inhibits the stabilization of cytosolic beta-catenin (CTNNB1) via its interaction with LRP6, thereby acting as an antagonist of Wnt signaling pathway.
