CYB5R2 Antibody (PA5-115074) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CYB5R2 in mouse testis tissue. Samples were treated with formaldehyde and treated with citrate buffer for antigen retrieval, blocked, and incubated (1.5 hours at 22°C) with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-115074) at a dilution of 1:100. Secondary staining was applied with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit.

Target Information
CYB5R2 is an NADH-cytochrome b5 reductase which are involved in desaturation and elongation of fatty acids, cholesterol biosynthesis, drug metabolism, and, in erythrocyte, methemoglobin reduction. Responsible for NADH-dependent lucigenin chemiluminescence in spermatozoa by reducing both lucigenin and 2-[4-iodophenyl]-3-[4-nitrophenyl]-5-[2,4-disulfophenyl]-2H tetrazolium monosodium salt (WST-1).
